shapes for off-resonance application of pulses can be generated by Pbox
or by the added C program RF (copyright Lewis E Kay)

the C programs can be compiled as follows:
cc -lm -o RF RF.c
cc -lm -o make_T1R_DEC_v2 make_T1R_DEC_v2.c

the shape for the off-resonance spin-lock is a decoupling pattern
the pattern can be generated as follows:

make_T1R_DEC_v2 6 20 150 20 > co_off_20ms.DEC

you will get a response similar to this:

  ADIABATIC PULSE PATTERN USING tanh/TAN 
  Number of ramp elements: 300 
  Number of spin lock elements: 1000 
  Set DRES = 1.0 
  Set PW90 (=1/DMF) for pattern to: 1800.0000 us 

and therewith you can adjust the parameters pwco_off, dres_off, spco_off, pwr_co_off
