15N transverse T2 relaxation times were measured by the
Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill method (????????), using standard water flip-back
methods [Grzesiek, S., and Bax, A. (1993) J. Am. Chem. Soc. 115, 12594.].
Spectra was recorded as 128 x 512 complex matrices, with spectral widths of
8385 (1H) and 2200 (15N) Hz, with 16 scans per FID. Relaxation delays collected
were: 0.01, 0.03, 0.05, 0.07, 0.09, 0.11, 0.13, 0.15, 0.19, 0.21 s. Duplicate
spectra were recorded for 0.01, 0.03 and 0.05 s to estimate the precision of
peak intensities.
