Chemical shift were derived in a previous study (BMRB 17292).
This entry (19692) and the previous entry (17292) consists of the NMR structure
of the same RNA stem-loop. However, the main difference is that in the current
entry, we localized the Mg2+ ions present in the stem-loop and we produced a new
pdb file containing these heteroatoms. Since the two structures are slightly
different and contains new chemical groups, we felt the need to produce a new
and independent BMRB entry.
