This form allows searching of the BMRB protein and nucleic acid sequence databases using the FASTA engine.

Select polymer class to search on:
Protein
DNA (fasta -n)
RNA (fasta -U)



Please note that search for very short sequences may require higher expectation cutoff and is unlikely to produce meaningful results
